The tombolo

The sand bridge between the mainland and Punta Catedral, with Playa Manuel Antonio on one side and Espadilla Sur on the other. It is the only spot in the park with sea on both sides.

Monkeys on the beach

White-faced capuchins work Playa Manuel Antonio and open bags. Keep bags closed and with you; never feed them.

The ticket covers trails and beaches all day: walk with a guide early, swim after. Full beach guide (Spanish).
